| The hotel S'Olivera, totally renovated in 2001, is situated 350 m from Palmira Beach and 300 m from the Boulevard, the centre of Paguera. The urbanization of Costa de la Calma, with its beach, Cala Blanca, is situated between Paguera and Santa Ponça. The smallest of the three beaches of Paguera is Peguera Romana, or Platja dels Morts. Pine trees border the beach and the access road. Peguera Torà is the middle beach of the three that, together, form the coastline of the tourist resort of Paguera. Its the one that best conserves some vestige of the dune-filled landscape previous to urban development. It still has some pine trees on the beach, and its the widest. Peguera Palmira is the largest of the three beaches. A small outcrop of rock separates this beach from Peguera Torá. A path runs alongside the beach. All three beaches have lifeguards, sun beds, beach umbrellas and pedalos, as well as bars and restaurants. |
