The building, which is set in a quiet and peaceful area, is entirely surrounded by a garden and by a large private parking space. Part of the building has been turned into a Residence and has an independent entrance as well as 2 terraces of approximately 250 sq.m. each, from which to enjoy a panoramic view of Arcetri astronomical observatory and the surrounding hills. |
