| In 1996 we renewed a house in the center of San Giovanni Lupatoto, just at 1 Km from the Hotel building and we made it like rooms of our Hotel. The licence is for rooms for rent, at the name of Luigino Miglioranzi, director of Hotel alla Campagna, the quality is 2nd category, that in stars represent 3 stars. Here you can find 4 very quite rooms, each one with all the comforts of our hotel.Every room has Satellite Tv, bathroom, air conditioning, minibar, telephone with direct line, linked to the reception, so if you want to receive phone calls or a wake up call in the morning it is possible because these 4 rooms are like 4 rooms of our hotel, the only difference is that there is not the reception in the Dependance. In the back of our Dependance there is the parking place that contains maximum 4 cars. It is very comfortable because it is possible to park the car in the back and enter in the rooms that there are at the ground floor, room 16 and 19. To go to the rooms 18 and 20, that are at the first floor, you must get in from the main entrance. Room 16 is equipped for disabled. Near our Dependance, aproximately at 800 metres there is a very nice Park just close to the river Adige, the nicest place in San Giovanni Lupatoto. It is possible there to have a pic nic, go footing, make exercises or just have a walk. In this place there was until 1970 a pier to reach the opposite side of the river but after a storm everything was suspended. |
